INGRÉDIENTS

- 🍖 200g canned spam, sliced
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
Sauce Ingredients
- 💧 100ml water
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
ÉTAPES
Prepare all ingredients: canned spam, cooked rice, chopped green onion, and sauce ingredients (water, soy sauce, mirin, sugar).
Slice the green onion finely for garnish.
Slice the spam into thin pieces.
Heat a pan with a little oil and pan-fry the spam slices until golden brown.
Mix water, soy sauce, mirin, and sugar in the pan to create the sauce.
Flip the spam slices in the sauce to coat evenly and let the flavors absorb.
Turn off the heat when the sauce thickens slightly and is almost absorbed.
Layer the spam slices neatly over the bowl of cooked rice.
Garnish with chopped green onion and sesame seeds.
