INGRÉDIENTS

- 1 can of spam
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 2 green chili peppers, sliced
- Mayonnaise, as needed
Sauce Ingredients
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
ÉTAPES
Cut the spam into cubes and soak in hot water with a drop of vinegar. Drain and pan-fry until golden.
Beat the eggs and scramble them in a heated pan with oil. Cook until slightly runny, then turn off the heat and let residual heat finish cooking.
Slice the onion and stir-fry in oil. Add soy sauce, mirin, and corn syrup, and cook until slightly tender.
Assemble the dish by layering rice, stir-fried onions, scrambled eggs, and fried spam in a bowl. Top with sliced chili peppers and drizzle mayonnaise generously.
