- 🥚 3 eggs
- 1 can of spam
- 2 sheets of seaweed
- 🍚 1 serving of cooked rice
Seasoning
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1 pinch of salt
- A sprinkle of sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Beat 3 eggs, lightly season, and cook into a thin omelet.
Slice spam into 0.5–0.6cm thick pieces and blanch in hot water to remove excess oil.
Pan-fry the spam slices until lightly browned.
Mix soy sauce, mirin, and sugar to create a glaze. Coat the spam slices and simmer briefly on low heat.
Season cooked rice with sesame oil, salt, and sesame seeds. Mix well.
Line a spam can with plastic wrap, press rice into the bottom, and layer with spam, egg, and another layer of rice.
Wrap the musubi with a strip of seaweed, securing it tightly.
Slice the musubi into portions and pack into a lunch box with fruits or side dishes.
