INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
Meat
- 1/2 block of spam, diced
Condiments
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 💧 3 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Oils
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
ÉTAPES
Peel and dice the potatoes, soak them briefly in water. Chop the onion and dice the spam.
Boil the potatoes for 2 minutes, then drain. Use the same water to soak the spam for 10 seconds.
Heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry the potatoes until the surface starts to cook.
Add the chopped onion to the pan and continue stir-frying with the potatoes.
Add the diced spam to the pan and stir-fry together with the potatoes and onion.
Add soy sauce, corn syrup, and water to the pan. Simmer until the ingredients are well-braised.
Finish by adding 1 tbsp of sesame oil and stir well before serving.
