- 100g spam
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/4 cup water
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soybean paste (doenjang)
- 1 tbsp red chili paste (gochujang)
- 2 tbsp cooking wine (mirin)
- 2 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Dice the onion, green onion, and spam into small pieces.
Pour hot water over the diced spam and let it sit briefly, then drain to remove impurities.
Heat oil in a pot and sauté the green onion, onion, and minced garlic until fragrant.
Add the spam to the pot and stir-fry briefly. Then, mix in the seasoning ingredients and water. Simmer until well combined.
