Main Ingredients
- 🍜 2 packs ramen noodles
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 🥬 4 tbsp kimchi
- 🥓 4 slices bacon
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 🌭 2 sausages
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
- 🧀 2 slices cheese
ÉTAPES
Heat a pot and add cooking oil. Stir-fry chopped kimchi and bacon until the bacon fat renders and the kimchi is slightly caramelized.
Add sliced sausages to the pot and stir well.
Mix in 1/2 tbsp of gochujang and sliced green onion.
Add one ramen seasoning packet and both flake packets to the pot.
Pour water into the pot, enough for two servings of ramen, and bring to a boil.
Add ramen noodles and cook until 80% done.
Add cheese slices and let the soup simmer briefly.
Serve the ramen in bowls and enjoy.
