- 🥩 15 slices beef brisket
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 2 green chilies
- 1 red chili
- 🧄 5 cloves garlic
Seasonings
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- A pinch of black pepper
ÉTAPES
Boil pasta in a large pot of water. Cook for 7 minutes for a firm texture, 8 minutes for chewy and elastic, or 9 minutes for soft and plump pasta.
Slice garlic into thin pieces, chop the onion, and thinly slice the chilies. Thin slices of chili help them blend well with the pasta.
Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, minced garlic, and black pepper to create the sauce. Toss the cooked pasta with a little olive oil to prevent sticking.
Heat oil in a pan, sauté garlic and chilies until fragrant, then add the onion and stir-fry.
Add the beef brisket and cook until halfway done. Add the pasta and prepared sauce, then stir-fry everything together.
