Oil

- 1 tbsp gochujang

Rice
- 🍚 300g cooked rice
- 80g kimchi
- 🥚 1 egg
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
ÉTAPES
Mix beef short rib with sake, salt, pepper, gochujang, and grated garlic in a bowl.
In another bowl, mix cooked rice, kimchi, egg, and mayonnaise.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the beef until its color changes.
Add the rice mixture to the pan and stir-fry, breaking up clumps until the rice is fluffy.
