INGRÉDIENTS
Protein
- 🐖 150g thinly sliced pork belly
- 🧈 150g silken tofu
Vegetables
- 1/2 bitter melon, sliced
- 3 lettuce leaves
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1 myoga, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Sesame seeds, to taste
Dressing
- 1 tbsp white sesame paste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp chili bean paste
ÉTAPES
Slice the bitter melon in half lengthwise, remove seeds and pith, then slice thinly. Rub with salt and let sit for 5 minutes before draining.
Slice the myoga thinly, cut cucumber into diagonal slices, tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces, and cut tofu into chunks.
Mix the dressing ingredients (white sesame paste, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, chili bean paste) in a bowl.
Boil water in a pot, cook pork slices one by one until done, then cool.
Arrange lettuce, cucumber, myoga, bitter melon, tofu, and pork on a plate. Drizzle with spicy sesame dressing and sprinkle sesame seeds.
