- 🍗 1 chicken breast
- 🥛 1 cup milk
- 🧅 1 green onion
- 1/2 bunch chives
- 15 perilla leaves
- 2 chicken stock cubes
- 💧 1 liter water
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp doenjang
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
ÉTAPES
Soak the chicken breast in milk for about 10 minutes.
Rinse the chicken under running water and slice it thinly.
Slice the green onion diagonally.
Chop the chives and perilla leaves.
Mix the chicken breast and green onion with the seasonings.
In a pot, add 1 liter of water and the chicken stock cubes, then bring to a boil.
Once the water is boiling, add the seasoned chicken and green onion. Cook for about 10 minutes.
Add the chives and perilla leaves, then let it simmer briefly.
Serve the soup in a bowl and enjoy.
