INGRÉDIENTS
Main
- 🍗 250g skinless chicken breast
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
Sauce
- 🥚 1 boiled egg
- 30g kimchi
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
ÉTAPES
Chop kimchi finely using kitchen scissors in a bowl. Add the boiled egg and roughly chop it. Mix with mayonnaise to create the spicy tartar sauce.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper. Lightly massage the seasoning into the chicken. Coat evenly with flour and dip into the beaten egg.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the chicken until golden brown. Flip and cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes until fully cooked.
Wipe off excess oil with a paper towel. Add sugar and ponzu sauce to the pan and simmer until slightly thickened. Serve the chicken on a plate and top with the spicy tartar sauce.
