- 150g somen noodles

- 🍗 2 chicken tenders

- 1/2 bunch komatsuna
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 💧 100ml water
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
- Grated ginger to taste
ÉTAPES
Cut the komatsuna into bite-sized pieces. Boil water in a pot, add somen noodles and komatsuna, cook according to the noodle package instructions, then rinse with cold water and drain.
Place chicken tenders and sake in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Once cooled, shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, water, doubanjiang, and grated ginger. Add the noodles, komatsuna, and chicken, then toss to combine.
