- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Aromatic Sauce
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, minced
- 1 clove ginger, minced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp sliced chili
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp doubanjiang
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Mince the green onion, ginger, and garlic.
Mix all aromatic sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Place the chicken thigh skin-side down and cook until golden brown. Lower the heat and cook until crispy. Flip and cook for another 3 minutes until fully cooked.
Add the aromatic sauce to the pan and bring to a boil. Turn off the heat, slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces, and serve.
