- 🥬 3 leaves cabbage
- 🧅 1/4 stalk green onion
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🥕 1/3 carrot
- 1/2 chili pepper
Seasoning
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 pinch pepper

- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
ÉTAPES
Dice the chicken breast into small pieces. You can use smoked or regular chicken breast.
Slice the green onion diagonally, julienne the onion and carrot, and finely chop the chili pepper.
Julienne the cabbage into thin strips.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and stir-fry the chicken breast over medium heat.
Once the chicken is fully cooked, add onion, carrot, and green onion to the pan and stir-fry over medium heat.
Add cabbage to the pan and stir-fry until it softens.
Add minced chili pepper and garlic to the pan and stir-fry over medium heat.
Add chili powder and soy sauce to the pan and stir-fry quickly over medium heat.
Increase the heat to high and stir-fry for 1 minute to add a smoky flavor.
Serve the stir-fried chicken and cabbage mixture over a bowl of cooked rice.
