INGRÉDIENTS
Dumpling
- 10 dumpling wrappers
- 100g ground pork
- 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion, minced
- 1/4 bunch chives, chopped
- 1/3 bag bean sprouts
Seasoning
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tsp sake
Soup Base
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tbsp doubanjiang
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 400ml water
Toppings
- Sesame seeds, to taste
- Chili oil, to taste
ÉTAPES
Mince the green onion and chop the chives into 3cm lengths.
In a bowl, mix ground pork, green onion, and the seasoning ingredients until sticky.
Place the pork mixture on dumpling wrappers, moisten the edges with water, fold in half, and seal. Form into a circular shape by joining the ends.
In a pot, bring the soup base ingredients to a boil. Add the dumplings and simmer over medium heat.
Once the dumpling wrappers turn translucent, add bean sprouts and chives. Cook until tender, then serve.
Top with chili oil and sesame seeds before serving.
