INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 5 sausages (100g)
- 🍆 2 eggplants (160g)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Spicy Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp chili oil
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 200 ml water
Thickening Agent
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 2 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Remove the stems from the eggplants and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the sausages diagonally into 1 cm thick pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add eggplants and sausages, and cook over medium heat until browned, turning occasionally.
Add the spicy sauce ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer over low heat for about 3 minutes.
Mix the cornstarch and water, then add to the pan. Stir until the sauce thickens.
Plate the dish and garnish with chopped green onions.
