ÉTAPES
Trim the base of the enoki mushrooms and separate them into bite-sized clusters.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the enoki mushrooms for 30 seconds on each side over high heat.
Pour the prepared sauce mixture over the mushrooms.
Cook the mushrooms with the sauce for another 30 seconds on each side until the sauce thickens.
