- 🍄 3 king oyster mushrooms

Seasoning Sauce
- 2.5 tbsp gochujang
- 1/2 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1/3 tbsp minced garlic
- 💧 3 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Slice king oyster mushrooms into 0.5cm thick pieces.
Chop green onions into small pieces.
Mix gochujang, red pepper flakes, soy sauce, corn syrup, minced garlic, water, and sesame oil to create the seasoning sauce.
Preheat a pan and lightly grill the mushroom slices on both sides until slightly softened.
Brush the grilled mushrooms evenly with the seasoning sauce and cook on low heat until the sauce thickens.
Plate the mushrooms, sprinkle sesame seeds, and garnish with chopped green onions.
