- 1 handful kimchi
- 7 dried anchovies

Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce

ÉTAPES
Boil dried anchovies in water to make broth.
Blanch fish cakes in boiling water briefly and cut kimchi into bite-sized pieces.
Add kimchi to the anchovy broth and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add fish cakes and 1 tbsp soy sauce, then cook for another 5 minutes.
Finish by adding chopped green onion and season with a pinch of salt.
