    • 2 tsp mustard
    • 2 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Prepare the vegetables by slicing them thinly. Drain the whelk, reserving 2 tbsp of its liquid, and slice the whelk thinly.

Mix gochujang, chili powder, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, plum extract, whelk liquid, mustard, sesame oil, and sesame seeds to create the sauce.

Cook the noodles in boiling water. When boiling, add cold water twice and let it boil again. Drain and rinse with cold water.

In a large mixing bowl, add the vegetables and gently toss to separate them. Add the whelk and half of the sauce, mixing well.

Add the noodles and the remaining sauce, mixing thoroughly. Add extra sesame oil if desired.
