- 🐖 500g pork shoulder
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 medium onion, sliced
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, sliced
- 1 green chili pepper, sliced
Seasoning for Meat
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
Sauce
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp gochujang (red chili paste)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 pinches black pepper
ÉTAPES
Slice the onion, carrot, and green chili pepper into thin pieces.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl and let sit for 20 minutes to blend flavors.
Heat a frying pan over high heat and add the pork slices. Stir-fry until 50% cooked.
Add sugar, soy sauce, and minced garlic to the pan. Stir-fry until the pork is fully cooked.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and mix well with the pork.
Add the sliced onion and carrot to the pan. Stir-fry until the onion becomes translucent.
Serve the stir-fried pork with rice and optional lettuce wraps or pickled vegetables.
