INGRÉDIENTS
Protein
- 100g minced pork
Tofu
- 1 pack fried tofu
Vegetables
- 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 🧄 Grated garlic, as needed
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp chili paste
- Sliced red chili, as needed
Cooking Liquid
- 💧 100cc water
Thickener
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 1 tbsp water (for cornstarch)
Base
- 🍚 2 bowls (400g) cooked white rice
ÉTAPES
Cut the fried tofu in half, then slice into 1cm thin pieces. Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them.
Mix all the ingredients marked with ☆ in a container.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add grated garlic, grated ginger, and minced pork. Stir-fry until the pork changes color. Add the tofu and shimeji mushrooms, and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes.
Add water and the mixed ☆ seasoning from step 2. Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Add the cornstarch slurry and stir until the sauce thickens. Serve over bowls of cooked rice and garnish with chopped green onion.
