- 🍗 1 piece (300g) chicken thigh
- 🧀 1 handful pizza cheese
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Spicy Miso Sauce
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/3 tsp doubanjiang
ÉTAPES
Place the chicken thigh skin-side down and make vertical cuts into the meat.
Mix the miso, mirin, and doubanjiang in a bowl to create the spicy miso sauce.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the chicken skin-side down and cook until browned. Flip the chicken, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for 5–7 minutes until fully cooked.
Spread the spicy miso sauce over the chicken, top with pizza cheese, and cover with a lid. Cook on low heat for about 2 minutes until the cheese melts. Sprinkle chopped green onion on top.
