INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 150g ground beef
- 1/4 cabbage (300g)
- 1 green onion (165g)
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Spicy Miso Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1 tsp doubanjiang
ÉTAPES
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and slice the green onion diagonally into 1cm widths.
Mix all the spicy miso sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the ground beef until its color changes. Break it into small pieces.
Add the green onion and cabbage to the pan, cover with a lid, and steam for about 1 minute until softened.
Add the spicy miso sauce and stir-fry until the flavors are well combined.
