INGRÉDIENTS
Protein
- 🐖 150g thinly sliced pork
Tofu
- 🍢 1 block (200g) fried tofu
Vegetables
- 🥬 100g komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach)
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tsp yuzu kosho
ÉTAPES
Wash the roots of the komatsuna, make cross cuts, and rinse in a bowl of water. Cut into 4cm pieces. Pat the fried tofu dry with paper towels, cut it in half lengthwise, and then into 4 equal pieces.
In a bowl, mix the ☆ seasonings (mirin, sake, miso, and yuzu kosho) until well combined.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Push the pork to one side of the pan, add the tofu to the empty space, and cook until browned on all sides. Add the komatsuna and stir-fry until wilted. Finally, add the ☆ seasonings and mix quickly.
