INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍄 80g oyster mushrooms
- 🧅 60g onion, sliced
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- A pinch of sesame seeds
Sauce Ingredients
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🍬 2/3 tbsp sugar
ÉTAPES
Tear oyster mushrooms into long strips and slice the onion. Substitute mushrooms with other types if preferred.
Mix all sauce ingredients to prepare the sauce.
Heat a pan and sauté the green onion.
Add sliced onion and stir-fry on high heat for about 20 seconds.
Add mushrooms and stir-fry for 1 minute. Reduce to medium heat and pour in the sauce.
Cook for 30 seconds until the sauce is absorbed. Serve over rice and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
