Essential Ingredients
- 🍄 200g oyster mushrooms
- 🧅 4 stalks green onion, 10cm each
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
Seasoning Ingredients
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 💧 3 tbsp water
Optional Ingredients
- 🥚 1 egg
ÉTAPES
Prepare the oyster mushrooms by tearing them into strips and cut the green onions into 5cm halves.
Mix the seasoning ingredients in a bowl: sugar, soy sauce, minced garlic, cooking wine, gochujang, and water.
Add the mushrooms and green onions to the mixed seasoning and marinate for a few minutes.
Heat a pan with a small amount of oil and stir-fry the marinated mushrooms and green onions.
Turn off the heat and mix in sesame oil and sesame seeds.
Fry an egg and serve it on top of rice along with the stir-fried mushrooms to complete the rice bowl.
