- 16 slices pork loin (320g)

- 🌱 4 asparagus spears (80g)
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp sliced red chili
- Pinch of black pepper
ÉTAPES
Peel the bottom third of each asparagus spear and cut into quarters.
Lay out one slice of pork loin, place an asparagus piece on top, and roll tightly. Repeat for all 16 rolls.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the rolls seam-side down and cook until browned. Flip and cover with a lid, cooking on low heat for 2 minutes.
Add sliced chili to the pan and sauté until fragrant. Add the remaining seasonings and stir over medium heat until the rolls are evenly coated.
