INGRÉDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 1.5 cups cooked rice
Vegetables
- 15 perilla leaves, chopped
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
Protein
- 🍖 1 canned ham, diced
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- 2.5 tbsp gochujang
- 0.5 tsp oligosaccharide
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tsp sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Prepare the sauce by mixing gochujang, water, and oligosaccharide.
Dice the ham into 0.5 cm cubes and blanch in boiling water. Chop perilla leaves into 1 cm pieces and set aside.
Heat a pan with vegetable oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add the diced ham and stir-fry.
Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir-fry with the ham mixture.
Gradually add the sauce to the pan, stirring to combine. Adjust the amount based on taste.
Add the chopped perilla leaves and stir-fry briefly until just wilted.
Finish with sesame oil and sesame seeds. Serve the fried rice in a bowl and garnish with reserved perilla leaves.
