Main Ingredients
- 3 pieces pollack roe
- 🧈 220g tofu, diced
- 1 green chili, sliced
- 7 dried anchovies
- 🧅 1/2 small onion, diced
- 1-2 tbsp chili powder
ÉTAPES
Add 2 cups of water and cleaned anchovies to a pot. Bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat for 3-5 minutes.
Prepare the ingredients while the broth simmers. Dice tofu and onion, slice green chili, and optionally cut pollack roe.
Remove the anchovies from the broth and add diced onion. Bring to a boil.
Add pollack roe to the boiling broth. Once boiling, carefully cut the roe into chunks using scissors.
Add diced tofu and chili powder to the pot. Simmer until well combined.
Add sliced green chili and simmer briefly. Serve hot.
