Seasoning

- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 1 tbsp spicy red pepper powder
- 1.5 tbsp regular red pepper powder
- 2 tbsp red pepper paste
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp doubanjiang
- A pinch of black pepper
- A pinch of sesame seeds
- A pinch of radish sprouts
- 2 tbsp rice wine
- 1 tbsp sugar
ÉTAPES
Remove excess blood from pork belly using paper towels and cut into appropriate sizes.
Marinate pork belly with a pinch of salt and 1 tbsp rice wine for 10 minutes.
Prepare the vegetables: slice green chilies, green onion, and onion.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in advance to allow the flavors to meld together.
Combine marinated pork belly, vegetables, and seasoning, then mix thoroughly.
Stir-fry the pork belly and vegetables over high heat quickly.
Layer bean sprouts at the bottom of a clay pot and place the stir-fried pork belly mixture on top.
Steam the dish briefly until the pork belly's fat drains to the bottom and bean sprouts remain crisp.
