Essential Ingredients
- 200g thinly sliced pork belly
- 1 handful bean sprouts
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1 green chili, sliced
- 1 stalk green onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of sesame seeds
Seasoning Ingredients
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1.5 tbsp cooking wine
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- A pinch of black pepper
ÉTAPES
Slice the onion, green chili, and green onion into thin pieces.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl to create the marinade.
Combine the pork belly with the marinade and let it sit for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the sliced onion until translucent.
Add the marinated pork belly to the pan and stir-fry until fully cooked.
Add bean sprouts, green chili, and green onion to the pan and stir-fry briefly.
Turn off the heat, drizzle sesame oil, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
