INGRÉDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Meat
- 120g ground pork
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion (50g), sliced
- 30g chives, chopped
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
Eggs
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salad oil
ÉTAPES
Slice the onion thinly and cut it in half. Chop the chives into 2cm pieces.
Mix soy sauce and gochujang in a bowl to create the seasoning.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat, add ground pork, and cook until the color changes. Add sliced onion and stir-fry until softened.
Add cooked rice to the pan and stir-fry until the rice becomes fluffy and separated. Add the seasoning mixture and stir well. Add chopped chives and mix briefly. Serve on a plate.
Wipe the pan clean with a paper towel, add salad oil, and heat. Crack eggs into the pan and cook to your preferred doneness (sunny-side up).
Place the fried eggs on top of the fried rice and serve.
