- 🐖 200g pork loin slices
- 🥬 4 lettuce leaves
- 🍋 2 lemon wedges
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- Enough salad oil for frying
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp chili oil
Garnish
- 🥬 Enough lettuce for garnish
- 🍅 Enough cherry tomatoes for garnish
- 🍋 Enough lemon for garnish
ÉTAPES
Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the pork into 4cm wide strips. Mix the seasoning ingredients in a bowl, add the pork, and massage until the liquid is absorbed. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
Coat the marinated pork with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a pot to 170°C (340°F). Fry the pork, turning once, until golden brown and crispy. Serve on a plate with lettuce and lemon wedges.
