Seaweed
- 8g dried seaweed mix
Noodles
- 30g vermicelli
Protein
- 1 can (70g) water-packed tuna
Dressing
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp gochujang
- 2 tsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Soak the dried seaweed mix in a bowl of water until rehydrated.
Boil water in a pot, add vermicelli, cook for 1 minute on medium heat, then drain and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all dressing ingredients (sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil) in a bowl.
Combine tuna, vermicelli, and rehydrated seaweed in a bowl. Add the dressing and mix well.
