INGRÉDIENTS
Protein
- 1 piece (200g) fried tofu
- 100g ground pork
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/8 head (150g) cabbage, shredded
- 🥕 1/2 carrot (75g), julienned
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 200cc water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
ÉTAPES
Cut the cabbage into thin strips and julienne the carrot.
Cut the fried tofu into 10 equal pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat, add ground pork and grated garlic, and stir-fry until the pork changes color. Add the tofu and stir briefly.
Add the cabbage and carrot, stir-fry until softened. Mix in the seasonings (water, sake, mirin, soy sauce, doubanjiang), bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
