INGRÉDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 200g yellowtail fillets
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, sliced
- 1 chili, halved and deseeded
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 100ml water
ÉTAPES
Pat the yellowtail fillets dry and cut them into 3–4 pieces.
Slice the green onion diagonally into 2cm pieces. Halve the chili and remove the seeds.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Add the yellowtail and cook for about 3 minutes until browned. Flip the fish, add the green onion, and cook for another 2 minutes until browned.
Add the ☆ seasonings and chili to the pan. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 7–8 minutes.
