- 100g somen noodles
Tofu
- 150g silken tofu
Vegetables
- 25g kaiware sprouts
Condiments
- 1 tbsp spicy chili oil
Soup Base
- 100ml unsweetened soy milk
- 100ml water
- 1 tbsp concentrated men tsuyu
ÉTAPES
Trim the roots of kaiware sprouts and cut them in half.
Boil water in a pot, cook somen noodles according to package instructions, drain, rinse with cold water, and plate.
In a bowl, mix soy milk, water, and concentrated men tsuyu to prepare the soup base.
Place tofu on the noodles by scooping it into bite-sized pieces, pour the soup base over, drizzle spicy chili oil, and top with kaiware sprouts.
