Meat
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🥒 300g daikon, sliced thinly
- Chopped daikon leaves, as needed
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, crushed
Condiments
- White sesame seeds, as needed
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 100cc water
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp doubanjiang
ÉTAPES
Slice the daikon into thin pieces and chop the leaves. Crush the garlic clove.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil and garlic in a pan over low heat until fragrant. Add beef and stir-fry over medium heat for about 2 minutes until the beef changes color.
Add daikon slices and stir-fry until coated with oil. Pour in water and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer over low heat for 5-6 minutes until the daikon softens.
Add the mixed seasoning and cook for another 5 minutes until the liquid reduces. Add chopped daikon leaves and let sit covered for 2 minutes.
Sprinkle white sesame seeds and mix well before serving.
