- 200g beef tripe
Vegetables
- 🧂 Salt to taste
- 1/2 bunch chives
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp chili bean paste
ÉTAPES
Place beef tripe and salt in a bowl, massage thoroughly, rinse with water, and drain. Boil water in a pot, add beef tripe, and simmer for about 3 minutes over medium heat. Drain the water.
Cut chives into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add beef tripe and stir-fry until the oil is absorbed. Add chives and bean sprouts, lightly stir-fry, then add the seasonings and stir quickly.
