INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 🥩 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 30g dried daikon
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sake (for sauce)
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chili oil
ÉTAPES
Season the beef with sake, salt, and pepper, then massage it into the meat.
Rehydrate the dried daikon in water, drain, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the carrot diagonally and cut into strips.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add beef and grated ginger, stir-frying until the beef changes color.
Add the dried daikon and carrot to the pan, stir-frying until softened. Then add the sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce, chili oil) and mix well.
