ÉTAPES
Separate broccoli into small florets and place in a microwave-safe container. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1 minute.
Heat mayonnaise in a frying pan over medium heat. Add peeled shrimp and broccoli, then stir-fry.
Once the shrimp changes color, add ketchup and doubanjiang. Stir well to combine.
