Main Ingredients
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
- 🍄 4 shiitake mushrooms
- 1 block (250g) konjac
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
ÉTAPES
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Slice the shiitake mushrooms and konjac into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat and stir-fry the chicken until browned.
Add the shiitake mushrooms and konjac to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Mix the sake, soy sauce, miso, and doubanjiang in a small bowl, then pour over the ingredients in the pan.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and everything is well combined.
