INGRÉDIENTS
Protein
- 🍗 120g chicken tenderloin
Vegetables
- 🧅 50g leek, sliced into 2cm pieces
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- To taste white sesame seeds
Sauce
- 2 tsp sake
- 1 tsp mirin
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp gochujang
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
ÉTAPES
Remove the tendons from the chicken tenderloin and cut into bite-sized pieces. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Slice the leek into 2cm pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and leek, and cook while turning until browned.
Add the sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce, gochujang, garlic) and simmer until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken and leek. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
