- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce

- 1.5 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
ÉTAPES
Cut the fish cake into bite-sized pieces and blanch briefly in boiling water.
Julienne the carrot and slice the onion into thin strips.
Mix chili powder, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, corn syrup, and minced garlic to prepare the seasoning sauce.
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the fish cake first. Then add the carrot and onion, stirring together.
Add the prepared seasoning sauce and mix well. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
