Main Ingredients
- 5 sheets fish cake
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, chopped
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 💧 4 tbsp water
- A pinch of sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Thinly slice the fish cake and onion. Chop the green onion.
Heat a pan with oil and sauté the chopped green onion and minced garlic until fragrant.
Add the sliced onion and stir-fry until slightly softened.
Add the sliced fish cake and stir-fry briefly.
Add the seasonings: chili powder, soy sauce, oyster sauce, corn syrup, and water. Stir well to combine.
Continue stir-frying over medium heat until the fish cake absorbs the sauce and is evenly coated.
Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
