Main Ingredients
- 8 sheets fish cake
- 200g ham
- 4 crab sticks
- 3 green chilies
- 1 stalk white part of green onion
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1.5 tbsp corn syrup
- A pinch of black pepper
- A pinch of sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Cut the fish cake, ham, and crab sticks into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the green chilies and the white part of the green onion finely.
Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium-low heat and stir-fry the fish cake until cooked. Add chili powder and black pepper to coat.
Add oyster sauce and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
Add the green chilies and green onion, and stir quickly to combine.
Turn off the heat and mix in the corn syrup.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
