- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion

- 🍗 150g ground chicken
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang (spicy soybean paste)
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
Thickening
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 1/2 tbsp water
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
ÉTAPES
Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, mix ground chicken with sake, salt, and pepper.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan. Add the chicken and stir-fry until crumbled. Add the seasoning ingredients and stir-fry. Then add the cornstarch mixture and stir until thickened.
Add the lettuce and stir quickly. Plate the dish and garnish with chopped green onion.
