Vegetables
- 🍄 300g oyster mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🥒 1/4 zucchini, sliced into half-moons
- 1 chili, sliced
- 🧄 1 green onion, sliced
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Prepare the oyster mushrooms by tearing them into bite-sized pieces. Slice the onion, zucchini, green onion, and chili.
In a bowl, mix gochujang, chili powder, soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, and sesame oil to create the sauce.
Combine the mushrooms and vegetables in a large bowl. Add the sauce and mix well until everything is evenly coated.
Heat a pan with a small amount of cooking oil. Add the seasoned vegetables and mushrooms.
Stir-fry until the vegetables are cooked through and tender. Optionally, add soaked glass noodles for extra texture.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
