INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 1 bamboo shoot (240g), boiled
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, a pinch
Meat
- 150g pork slices
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce (3x)
- 1 packet (2.5g) bonito flakes
- 1/3 tsp chili paste
ÉTAPES
Cut the bamboo shoot into thirds horizontally, then slice into 1cm pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add pork, and stir-fry over medium heat until the pork changes color.
Add bamboo shoots and stir-fry until coated with oil, then add the seasonings and mix well.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
